LUIGI PARASMO SALON & SPA OPENS IN GEORGETOWN
ON DAILYCANDY.COM | BY DAILY CANDY
Once upon a time in the capital, ends split, eyebrows grew wild, and razor cuts just couldn’t hack it.
To the rescue: strand savior Luigi Parasmo. After nearly two decades at the Watergate Salon and stints at Erwin Gomez and Toka, the hairstylist and Milan Fashion Week vet finally opened his eponymous beauty haven in Georgetown.
Parasmo and partner Javier Calvo have joined forces to rid the District of dullness. They’ll lighten the darkest roots, ace geometric cuts, and accept appointments as late as 7:30 p.m. three nights a week. (Rumor has it they have the power to persuade Washington women to go longer via extensions.)
Race over to the bright new hair lair and make your way through the floor-to-ceiling mirrors that divide the space into fourteen sleek stations.
